During the estimate process, your vehicle is inspected and relevant data is entered into our estimate software. That data is then compiled into a preliminary estimate that determines the cost of your repairs. However, keep in mind there is often supplementary damage that is discovered after your vehicle is disassembled.
Once the estimate is completed, your insurance company will review our estimate. During this process the insurance company may try to negotiate pricing on our repair procedures. The insurance company will also determine if the vehicle is worth repairing. Once this process is completed and approved, your vehicle can begin the repair process.
In disassembly, your vehicle is torn down, and hidden damage is often found on your vehicle, and inner structure repairs are determined. Often this will require a "supplement" which is a request to your insurance company for further repair approval.
During this time the required parts are ordered for your vehicle. Keep in mind, most parts will arrive quickly, but some parts may be on backorder. Backordered parts typically do not have an ETA, which causes us to pause repairs on your vehicle until parts are received.
During this process the damaged structures on your vehicle are returned back to factory specification. A sophisticated measuring system may be used to monitor all phases in this process. This system insures an accurate repair according to factory standards.
During this process your vehicle undergoes repairs to the exterior panels. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned properly. After repairs are finished, the vehicle is prepped to enter our paint booth.
During this process all panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the paint is applied to your vehicle.
During this process your vehicle is reassembled. All vehicle systems are checked during this process. Your vehicle is almost complete and ready for delivery.
During your repair process the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs. Do not worry, it will be cleaned! During this process your vehicle will be cleaned and road tested. A final inspection will assure us that your vehicle is restored to it's pre-accident condition.
Delivery is the last step in your repair process. When you arrive to pick up the vehicle, your final bill is explained and final paperwork is completed. You will then drive away in your vehicle that has been restored to it's pre-accident condition.
